A couple of new experiences on Saturday with yak dumplings, goat curry and wild boar.
Had lunch with Migz and Kristine on Saturday at The Himalayan Yak. When there's yak in the name, you gotta order it. Chicken, pork and beef will always be around.
I'll refrain from using the word "bizarre" or "exotic" like critics elsewhere (I'm looking at YOU, Zimmern). Definitely gamey though.
